What a first conversation looks like
Thirty to forty-five minutes, no cost and no obligation. I’ll ask what’s stuck, who disagrees about what, and what decision is waiting on the answer.
You’ll leave with a read on whether fragmented understanding is actually contributing to the difficulty, and if it is, roughly what shape of work would address it. If it isn’t, I’ll say so. That’s a useful answer too.
Engagements range from a short discovery to defining and leading a program end to end. The shape follows the situation, not the other way around.
