Analysis-led program leadership
For an initiative that needs one accountable leader across strategy, analysis, program structure, and delivery. Program and project management with the analysis integrated rather than handed off: defining the engagement, structuring the work, and running it through scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, governance, reporting, and vendor coordination. The person holding the plan also holds the picture of what the program is meant to accomplish.
